Finding people to help with this problem isnt hard, it just takes that special person to get it going. There are many ways you can help and get the word out. Below are many easy ways that will help tremendously!!!

1) Know who to call when you need to report abuse that may be going on. 2) Get to know animals in your neighborhood. Take time to get to know the ones around you. 3) Make the call. If you suspect or you know of anything that may be going on, report it. 4) Report as MUCH information when calling in for a case of abuse. Dont leave anything out.
6)Talk to your kids about how to treat animals. Treat them with repect. 7) Support your local pounds and SPCA, whether it is donation or if you go on weekends and donate your time. 8) Start a neighborhood watch program. Get friends together and start a group that watches out for abused animals. ANYTHING; whether it is small such as talking to other people about it or something big like donating your time at an animal sanctuary, it will make a difference. You may not be able to save thousands of animals at a time, but just knowing that you helped one in need will make you feel like you did the world a favor. |
