Shanghi, China has passed a new law saying that only one dog is allowed in a household. If one has more than one dog, it is to be taken away and done with however the goverment decides. Because of overpopulation and many roaming animals they have made this law manditory. Many people have been forced to hide thier dogs inside their houses and walk them late at night just so that their loved companions wouldnt be taken away.The reason for this law to be passed is because of all the homeless animals that are just walking around. They have no where to go and no one to take care of them. Rabies has been known to spread from dog bites, so they decided to make this law... what is going to happen when this law spreads to the United States because no one will stand up for our animals?
